I had the VERY dis-heartening experience of dealing with Strategic Property Management a few months back. The owner of this company is so difficult and very abrasive to engage with. She is absolutely not looking out for the best interest of property owners and some of this company's process are extremely questionable. I highly advise that you stay away from this company, save yourself a lot of frustration and angst.
Each review that comes in goes under comprehensive review moderation to avoid fraudulent/fake reviews.
