After 7 years of renting and putting up with bugs, water leaking, baseboard heat not working proper, heated parking stall with no power in minus 30 weather, paying $25 a month pet fee for 5 years and then charged to repair screen door and blinds that were damaged by the cat. Not to mention paying for damage the maintenance worker caused. Good luck getting your damage deposit back from this company, its a money grab! 2 stars
